Pierce Expands Content Offering with Acquisition of MX Vice
Pierce, operators of 24MX (the world’s largest online store for motocross clothing, parts and accessories), has acquired British-based MX Vice and its core products, including the Fantasy Manager, Paddock, Social Hive and Broadcaster platforms. Founded in 2011, MX Vice has developed into Europe’s most visited website for MXGP and motocross news.
“This acquisition is part of our ongoing plan to create the best content in our industry,” said Henrik Zadig, CEO of Pierce. “It broadens our customer reach and will provide more ways for us to work with the world’s leading brands.”
The acquisition of MX Vice will enable Pierce’s companies, 24MX and XLMoto, to differentiate from the competition by providing customers with not only the best assortment, deals, and service but also with inspirational, educational, and cool content based around their passion. “We will get much closer to our beloved riders. We position ourselves as the inspirers and experts in the market and become a true platform and destination for off-road and on-road enthusiasts alike”, continues Henrik Zadig, CEO of Pierce.
For the MX Vice team, joining Pierce will be the chance to make a step forward and massively accelerate the growth, create much deeper and wider content and expand globally. The aim is to make MX Vice the world’s biggest online magazine for motocross.
